Bnode results in line with guidance in the first quarter
Logistics group Bnode, active in Europe, North America and Asia, today announces its results for the first quarter of 2026. These are in line with expectations. Bpost aims to install 12,000 m² of new solar panels on its buildings this year
Bpost wants to accelerate its commitment to sustainable energy by installing nine new solar panel parks at its distribution centres in Belgium. In total, the parcel company plans to install more than 12,000 m² of additional solar panels, resulting in an annual CO₂ reduction of 509 tonnes. The first of these new installations has already been completed in Ostend.

IBPT mail test: demonstration impacts results, Bpost continuously works to improve quality

Lier becomes the 22nd city where parcels and mail are delivered emission-free by Bpost
From now on, Bpost will deliver parcels and mail in Lier without emissions. This means that postal workers will complete their rounds using electric vans or bicycles. Additional pick-up points also make it easier for city residents to send or collect a parcel just around the corner. In the "Pays noir", Bpost goes green: an Ecozone in the heart of Charleroi and a new carbon-neutral distribution centre
The city centre (postcode 6000) is becoming an Ecozone. All regular mail carrier rounds are now carried out using electric vehicles. This enables Bpost to respond to the growth in parcel volumes while reducing its environmental footprint. At the same time, Bpost continues to modernise its operations in the Charleroi region. Since September, distribution activities have been consolidated in a new distribution centre that is larger, more modern and fully carbon-neutral.

Transformation in motion, bnode meets the high end of its 2025 guidance
Bnode, a leading logistics group active in Europe, North America and Asia, today released its results for 2025. The group reported a total operating income of €4,482.3 million and an adjusted EBIT of €179.7 million for the full year, in line at the high end of its guidance. These results were achieved in the context of ongoing transformation and complex operational conditions. The group projects an adjusted EBIT of €165-195 million¹ for the full year 2026.
