This week, Bpost inaugurated its 100th Bbox at a Q8 station. The parcel company aims to double the number of Bboxes at Q8 stations this year, bringing the total to 200 units. This is aimed at meeting consumers’ demand to combine parcel pick-up and drop-off with their daily travel.

Thanks to solar panels, Bboxes can now be installed truly anywhere
Since this year, Bpost has been installing Bboxes equipped with solar panels. As a result, the parcel company’s lockers no longer require a connection to the electricity grid. This means Bboxes can now even be placed in the most remote locations.

EBIT growth within Paxon offsets the impact of the rapid decline in mail volumes in Belgium and the termination of the 679 contract.
