Boiron Laboratories entrust Staci (becoming paxon) with their promotional logistics
Staci* (becoming paxon), a leader in picking and value-added logistics, supports Boiron Laboratories, the world leader in homeopathy, in optimizing and ensuring compliance across their promotional logistics operations.

At its warehouse in Saint-Priest, near Lyon, Staci* manages Boiron’s promotional logistics activities. Boiron, headquartered in Messimy in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, is the global leader in homeopathy.
Across its 6,000 sqm logistics platform, Staci* stores, prepares and ships all promotional materials, including displays, furniture, posters, counter stands and brochures, for 200 medical representatives as well as partner pharmacies.
Since the beginning of the partnership, the number of parcels prepared by Staci* has increased by 76%, while the number of SKUs handled has grown by more than 171%. In 2025, the logistics provider transported nearly 111 tonnes of goods for its client and prepared 16,900 orders, covering a total of 360 product references.
Strengthening logistics and compliance processes
To manage its catalogs and monitor all inbound and outbound flows, Boiron uses Staci*’s digital platform, MyLink Santé. To meet its client’s regulatory compliance requirements, Staci* developed and integrated a dedicated supervision module into the platform. This module oversees the distribution of information related to pharmaceutical specialties used for promotional outreach and prospecting activities.
Fully compliant with the French CEPS (Economic Committee for Healthcare Products) medical representative charter, each shipment is checked and validated, ensuring best practices are applied throughout the network of the world’s leading homeopathic laboratory. Delivered in June 2025, this Staci innovation has already been rolled out to around twenty laboratories.
“Beyond its logistics expertise, Staci* has successfully adapted to our fast-growing network. The teams proposed complementary and innovative solutions to ensure full compliance with promotional information regulations a critical element in our business,” said Vanessa Albuquerque, Marketing Project Manager – Pharma Marketing France at Boiron.
